Ride quality

RTV gasket, or the one-piece gasket?
I've read that gaskets and the FACTORY pan have a higher potentiality of leaking. Aftermarket pans have nicely machined flat surfaces without grooves. This will allow a rubber gasket to mate damn near perfectly to transmission.- BolletuH

68RFE trans VB upgrade
Mine started this issue at like 28K miles. Lost OD at about 42K and replaced with Randys Stage 2. If I could redo it I would have put in a new VB and high pressure pump 1st day of tuning. Live and learn, right?- BolletuH

2020 2500 didn't even make it 22k miles
You can only lemon law within 1st year of ownership NOT through the entire factory warranty. You are stuck with the truck and can only trade it off once it's repaired.- BolletuH

Base Dyno pull, 311.6hp @5500, Mx Tq 324.4 @ 4550 . Honest opinion.
Should just do a supercharger and call it a day. You will probably be more than halfway there after all the exhaust and internal modifications to achieve a similar HP. Plus then your exhaust won’t have to be crazy loud lol.- BolletuH

Cummins regen system
If the truck still has emissions it shouldn’t show any visible smoke regardless of regen or not. Never had a truck blow smoke out while it had emissions equipment. If it’s deleted that’s a different story. Did you even check under the truck to see if the emissions is there or it’s deleted lol?- BolletuH

Downshift Issue 2018 Ram 2500 w/68RFE
If you're towing as much as you are it would probably be best to upgrade to the 3500 and AISIN. The 68RFE can do the job, but issues like this are not that surprising. 3500 Hemi 6.4L DRW 4x4 Regear Price Check and Recommendations for North Georgia
Crazy prices for regearing is the only thing keeping me from going to a larger tire. Anything above 35” dictates a higher ratio. Sucks RAM doesn’t offer a selection of ratios from the factory…- BolletuH

Steering box adjstment

UPDATE: Fox Suspension on the way
Follow his instructions everything will fit and have proper clearance. Also, for the rear springs make sure they are mounted with the bottom isolater tab facing towards the rear of the truck and that both springs are pointed in the same direction aka in-phase with one another. Synergy vs Ram recall upgraded drag link?
Synergy unit is more thick and heavy duty, but the designs are almost identical. I think RAM went back to the design they used on the 3rd gen that mimics what Synergy has with a double adjuster nut and lock sleeve. Honestly if they are replacing for free you will be fine with the RAM unit...- BolletuH

How to determine what kind of lift/leveling kit my truck has?
So I'm pretty confident that you have a 3 1/4" lift up front and nothing in the rear. I just measured 26 7/8" up front hub to fender and 28" on rear. Tallest I have seen springs thus far for leveling has been 3.25” from Thuren. Everything higher usually comes from a full suspension lift. You probably have around a 2.75”-3.25” front lift. Whatever you do don’t go full straight pipe lol. Had mine on for a week to make sure tuning and everything was good before muffler went on and it was ******* annoying.
