    I have the trailer brake controls, so I don’t think that is it. I did take one picture as I was disassembling the console, and you can see the plug barely at the bottom. So this is before anything was disconnected

    Agreed. That’s the conclusion I came to considering all they would need is an excuse. That warranty has already paid for itself and then some. Best purchase I ever made. Wish they still offered it, and I’d get a Charger or Challenger with MaxCare.
