    I began 100% engine brake usage just recently after watching a you tube video about it. Only time there is hard usage is when I tow the 5th wheel. During the winter we are not pulling. My miles driving it is very low, about 5-6k per year.

    I should be more clear. After start up on a cold morning, when i put the truck in drive and step on the gas pedal, it hesitates. It's like there is no fuel or it floods, but then it goes without issue. Once the engine has warmed up, the issue seems to go away.

    I think this is becoming very common. File the complaint with NHTSA. Save your receipt. My truck is 4 years old with now 31K and I have the same issues.
