RF Hub fried from leaking window.
Took it in to the dealer, they tested and confirmed the cracks and LEAKING rear 'backlite' window. Service advisor was going to charge me $210 to evaluate/diagnose,..once they found it leaking he said he felt 'bad', and that it was only going to be $100,..then he said 'ah' I don't think I'll...- bucktruck

Can you clarify...Why would your truck not be covered by the TSB? What reason did the dealer give, ie- Build Date, Not A Sliding Window, Incorrect Sales Code...Or?? The reason will help me and others to understand what other obstacles may be encountered...Thanks In Advance.- bucktruck

RF Hub fried from leaking window.
My 2020 rear window is exactly the same as this photo on the outside of the truck...But the inside has a plastic frame where I found 2 cracks.- bucktruck

I am taking my 2020 1500, with rear window slider, into the dealer this week regarding LEAKS. I noticed a water drip line on the 'top inside' of the rear window which I thought may indicate the 3rd 'upper' brake light leaking. Loud noise when reversing on cold start
Well, the dealer duplicated the symptom and installed the Anti-moan kit (They didn't have it in-stock..so took 2 days). As a TSB is 'not a recall' this may have been a full-charge expense if it wasn't still under warranty, or you can buy the kit (cheap $60+) and install it yourself (looks...- bucktruck

2023 Bighorn 5.7L first oil change
2020 4x4 5.7....I've tried the many methods, ie ziplok bags (the can rip when maneuvering/removing filter), poke hole in filter bottom, diverting, etc., they all still make a MESS!. I use the larger filters so that also makes it more difficult. The issue is that, once the filter is unscrewed...- bucktruck

2020 1500 4X4...Appears there are smart, informed and reasonable dealers/service dept's and then there are...THE OTHER ONE'S! My dealer (Santa Barbara, CA) said they knew nothing about it and could not find the TSB...So I emailed it them and then even printed it and took it to their location... -

2015 Third brake light leak Laramie 1500
Very Interesting. Is there any type of 'reference' number or code on the letter regarding the 3rd brake light warranty extension? I wonder if it is for Canada only...or also the USA?? Also wonder if it includes any water 'damage' to the head liner or other possible affected components?- bucktruck

My issues with the 2019 Ram 1500 - respectful concerns.
Regarding the SUN VISORS... 2020 RAM 1500 Crew, 11,800mi. 1/20/22 Drivers side visor fell, only held by the electrical wires, blocking vision, during a VERY congested freeway run. Visor used maybe 6 or 7 times since purchase. Dealer replaced 2/7/22, said it was odd, but was aware. 4/5/22...- bucktruck

Unhappy with 1500 towing. Need Help
Regarding made in Mexico...After I purchased it and while crawling in, under & around my 2020 1500, 5.7L, ETorque, 4x4, Crew cab, to familiarize myself...EVERYTHING had/has a label that said 'Made In Mexico'. So, it is not only the 2500's or others.- bucktruck
