Agreed. I’ve had issues with the same Service Manager in the past when he was a Service Writer. Dealership is now under new ownership so hopefully their customer service improves tremendously. -
Engine wont start unless push Automatic tranny shifter lever up (column shifter)
My 07 Ram does the same thing. There is a cable in the steering colum that may be adjusted or replaced.- Cdp45

Agreed. After talking to Ram Cares (4 different people) I was informed the dealership never put in a warranty claim for it. Of course I went back to the dealership and gave the Service Manager a piece of my mind. It wasn’t pretty. The dealership is now telling me that they will warranty it... -

I found out the hard way. I have to take my trash can up to the road to have them pick it up. I just drop the tailgate, jump up and hold on the trash can. Wife drives up the road and we drop it off. Am I being a wimp about U connect?

List of dealerships that don't have large markups and fees?
Have you tried Earnhardt Chrysler in Chandler? I found they had the best deals in AZ, NM, Colorado or California. I went on the internet to get pricing.- Cdp45
