Trans valve body
Just a heads up, a 46rh/re with a manual valvebody running full pressure has some pretty aggressive shifting. All the time. Once you go that route it’s no longer a quiet smooth factory ride haha. It’s awesome, but has its downsides as well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro- chrisp2493

03 to 05 PCM swap
The 2005 pcm doesn’t have any pins for “rpm signal” like the 03 C4 connector has. I looked at all the pin outs and the only one that has anything labeled “rpm signal” is C4 on the 2003. It’s gonna throw codes for o2 sensors and EGR for sure without a tune. And it’s probably not gonna run after about 10 minutes when it warms up and doesn’t have a second set of o2 sensors wires it. I had some wiring issues with the sensors on my swap and it would barely run and kept stalling out...- chrisp2493

46 RE Conversion
I built the trans myself but I’m using copes 4 speed manual valvebody. It’s the one with all 4 speeds on the shifter instead of electric overdrive. I just replaced the 2003 regulator with a 2005 regulator. I added a fuel pressure gauge at the fuel rail and can confirm it has 58 psi of pressure.
