I have a 2022 Ram2500 with the 12” screen. Recently my CarPlay would not connect. I reset my uconnect and restarted my phone several times
Nothing worked. Finally I connected to the usb port with the wire and CarPlay was there and connected. When I unplugged the cable, CarPlay went away again...
I had a software update today, and my cargo camera is working now. My Apple CarPlay is still not working properly. It will connect to my phone, then disconnect a few minutes later. It seems to stay connected when I use the usb cable, but is spotty when trying to connect wirelessly.
They did not give a reason. They said they have had several customers with the same issue and that they have contacted Chrysler, or Uconnect, or whoever, and they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
I have the same blue screen on my 2500 Laramie with the 12”. I took delivery Jan 21.
Dealer said ALL cargo cameras are blue screen right now.
My tailgate camera works fine.

I picked up my new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie yesterday. I'm having the same issue with the cargo camera. The tailgate camera works fine, but I have only a blue screen with the cargo camera.

The truck was delivered to my dealer yesterday, Jan19th. I’m out of state now and should be able to pick it up tomorrow. The salesman sent me these pics.
I ordered a Laramie 2500 with the 6.4 hemi on Dec 6. I received an email with my VIN on Dec 15. On Jan 10, I was able to see the build sheet and the window sticker. Also on Jan 10, my salesman said it has shipped and should arrive at the dealership between Jan 19 and Jan 24.

Still nothing this morning. I tried entering my VIN in the Chrysler and Dodge categories. There is no 'Ram' category available. There are 4 choices. Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and Jeep. I wonder if there should be a 'Ram' category for my Ram truck?
Thanks. I'll try again tomorrow. And I did paste the VIN in all caps. I copied and pasted from the Mopar email. I did not get any emails from the dealer, but my salesman was copied on the email I got from Mopar.
