Camping 2024
We have about 10 trips scheduled this year already. Most are close to home (30-60 minutes) with about three further away (3.5 hours - that's usually the max I like to keep it at). Hard time shifting from park in the mornings
Mine does it randomly and some weeks it's worse than others. It could be cold, it could be hot. It could be first thing in the morning or like today, after lunch. My Friends Sometimes....
My understanding is that in the goosneck frame bend, more physics contributed than just the loading issue. Apparently someone pulled out in front of them or braked hard causing the driver to slam on his brakes, which shifted the entire load quickly forward causing the frame to take the hit of...- Crazyro

1/2 Ton Tow
I know this has been resolved, but it depends on the half ton... :D I had the unicorn 2006 5.7 1/2 ton mega cab (that was really a derated 3/4 ton) and pulled our 35 footer with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Agreed with what's been already said. With all that, I'll echo a couple of the comments. The 8 speed would be better but my '17 with 6 speed and 3.73 rears has been absolutely amazing even when towing our latest camper (8000#, 37' overall). Rare colors and production numbers
I love my Hills Green, and while not uncommon, it is not a huge production number from what I understand. I've never seen another one in person and definitely not around here. Also, if I'm not mistaken, RAM no longer offers it on the HD trucks starting this year. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.- Crazyro

6.4 Hemi or Cummins
I'll echo what others said. It's about price and use. I considered a diesel briefly but with a 4 mile commute and towing a few times a year when camping, gas made the most sense. I also, for whatever reason, really fell in the love with the idea of a 6.4 CCLB (though I really liked my Mega Cab)...- Crazyro
