    Mine comes out fine. The only reason it's still there though is because it's a handy place to hold that long rod that lowers the spare. For actual jacking, I have a 20-ton bottle jack behind the read seat.

    You may not need it. I think the 2017s and up came with the filter. You just (or the stealership if you service it there) just needs to change the filter about every year.
