    This sounds like just a torque converter and/or fluid problem, not necessarily a bad transmission. Any additional info since your last post?

    could also be a manifold leak. Retorque the manifold bolts while cool.

    Also if you have a scanner check for some codes. When my lifter failed fuel mileage dropped to about 14-15 over my normal 18-20.

    I didnt punt it, I plan on getting them done at a mechanic when I get the front main seal replaced as well. Just havn't gone to town yet. No CAI, has a newish filter changed after rebuild.
