Soo sorry but this is not true. All of the big blocks are prone. Cheap manifolds, aluminum heads against cast iron manifolds, and quickly shutting off after a hard drive are the cause. If you let the engine idle a bit (like a diesel ) you may avoid the problem.
Well, it's early as I just took delivery of the lights this morning 10/19/19.
That said they are extremely high quality in their construction. The pictures above don't do them justice.

Unless you live on the east end of Lake Ontario and travel up on the Tug Hill Plateau. Oswego gets 170 inches of snow (average) and the Tug gets 300 in places!
