Long story Yes the RAM is a rebuild, it had been rolled over and I used it and another to make one good truck. Thanks for the reply, yes I have a good scan tool and it was reading every fault imaginable on the ORC module. Including short at both dirvers airbags, every other airbag was "fail", and lot comms with the SCCM. I tried clearing the codes but it would not clear even after the connector was...- Davood

Powering up the vehicle with the airbag connector on the clockspring disconnected, does this trip out the ORC, and require the need for anoter reset?? oops I meant the Air Bag and the ORC fuses, the AIR BAG (the ganged fuses in the fuse box is for the Air Bags), I think it also controls power to the seat belt. I replaced the clockspring with one from the salvage yard. I have driven over 25 miles with a few power cycles. wondering if the PCM...- Davood

HI, so Im wondering what happens if you do not disonnect the battery 15 min prior to disconnecting the ABS. was this just a risk of inadvertent deployment (safety) or does it have the potential to F - up the Occupant Restraint Control Module. RF Hub in Winter Mode
2017 RAM 1500. Im getting a weird error code. c159700, saying "disabled - winter mode" and my TPMS is not working now. Any insight on this? also getting ABS 12500 "lost comm with dynamic sensor" in the ABS module and U014500 " implausable data from ABS" which I am guessing may be related...- Davood

What is the best paint-less dent removal kit?
what size is the ding. can you remove the inner door panel and the inside ABS door liner?? I have used an inflatable ball in a cloth bag (to keep the ball from popping). Little dings are a different story. -

New Clock Spring - repaired the old one
I guess I should hve mentioned to not move the steering column and replace the steering wheel in the same orientation. However to answer your question. there is a white collar on the inside of this clockspring (unfortunately I did not take a picture - sorry), but this collar protrudes strong...- Davood

New Clock Spring - repaired the old one
Oh and based on the dmgeto the clockspring - it wasnt the airbag, when the Elect Power Steering was detroyed, the sterring wheel was free to be turned past the limits- Davood

SO it looks like I need a new clock spring, no continuity on the four airbag wires from C8 (topside AIRBAG pigtail) to C4 bottom side... Also no continuity from C6 (topside) pin 1 should be white (ground) but is brown (weird) to ground (chassis).Im getting a LIN2 Bus error code along with none...- Davood
