The OEM batteries in my 2016 diesel lasted 18 months for one, dealer fried it while doing a recall and they both were bad after three years. The dealer only replaced the failed battery battery at 18 months so I am pretty sure that may have contributed to three year failure. I still haven’t heard...
Sold a 2016 2500 CTD and bought a 2019 2500 with a 6.4 8 speed. I towed my 10000 lb fifth wheel 2/3 times a year and used the truck as a grocery getter the rest of the time. Used a diesel just opposite of what it should have been used for. Did love the truck though.
My 2016 2500 had fixed running boards and I didn’t mind them at all. My new 2019 Longhorn has auto running boards and I love them. Also much easier to get in as they are lower, I’m 6’1 but old so it does help.
