I have the Metra double din kit in my 2018 currently. It is a very well made piece, however, I hate it because it has a raised ridge around the opening in the factory bezel that makes it hard to use the controls on my Pioneer stereo. I’m looking at the PAC Audio BKCDK656 as a potential...
The clicking noise could be an indicator of improper installation, if I remember correctly. You might be able to get new strut top mounts and put them back together with the Bilsteins you have and be good.
If they’re the same between a Rebel with air suspension and your regular 4x4, I would think there’s enough built-in “slack” to allow them to work as designed with the 6112s without the need to lengthen them. Again, just thinking out loud.

If you bounce around to a couple of different vendors’ websites, you can supposedly assemble the entire kit, piece by piece. It costs slightly more than buying the complete kit but might be an option if you don’t want to wait. I’d also suggest talking to Nick@gotexhaust as well. He’s been very...
I just searched “Bilstein backorders” and it’s not just these particular ones for Ram trucks. They seem to be letting everything run out. That, plus the across the board price increases mentioned makes me wonder, as well.
