I pull a travel trailer a few times a year and would like to venture out on some out of state trips and know the 2500 is the better way to go. 5.7 whine on cold startup
Had the same issue with my 2012 outdoorsman and it got worse with time. Whined all the time, warm or cold. It had just over 88,000 miles and a month past the warranty end date. 2012 piston slap/ low knock noise.
Had the same issue with my 2012 Outdoorsman. Broken exhaust bolts twice and the third time it was the Cam/Lifter issue. Had the cam and lifters replaced under warranty, thank goodness! This happened at about 69,000 miles. Just traded it off for a 2018 as I didn't trust that it wouldn't happen...- DeltaFlyer
