    Yeah the dealership has been worthless. I won't ever go back to them for anything. My friend I wheel with is a sales manager there and I will never buy from him again untill he switches dealerships. This will be week 12 with no truck, no time frame, or if they even know what's wrong.

    Yep they still haven't fix anything. They already ruined my trip to Arizona/New mexico. We're down here now visiting family and needed to haul my grandfathers tools back, had to get racks for the wife's grand cherokee.

    Same with me, I think the dealer and Ram are lost at this point. Push rod damage usually develops after cam and lifter issues. They have a whole nother can of worms now.

    UPDATE! Injectors tested fine... They are going back to test the HPFP again... The push rods show sign of wear and need replaced....... I dont know if they know if push rods are showing failure, that cam and lifters and who knows what else needs replaced.

    Yeah that's the time frame we are looking at, wife wont be happy, but cant tow a trailer until we have a truck lol.     Zero updates at all..... Ram care did deny a buy back. Still playing the waiting game, sucks we planned on buying a camp trailer at our RV show and now have to wait.

    This day and age Ram had their own proprietary software and some parts. Most real cummins shops won't touch it anymore. Cummins makes some of it but Ram does the final touches.

    Yeah that does not work for warranty items. Most "Cummins" shops won't touch the Ram 6.7l. That leaves you with local diesel shops that carry no weight with the manufacturer.

    Yep it started with the dealer ignoring what I said. Brushed me off and recommend a power balance test which we know won't do anything to see if the injectors are leaking.     Motor replacement $30k, DPF and emissions $15k, and turbo intercooler probably $15k with labor all probably close.

    after running my 6.7l for the last 2 years i would stay away from any renewable or BIO diesel you can. The new emissions systems do not like it one bit and cause havoc.
