SUCCESS!! My guy wired the trailer ground to the plug and after having had the truck re-flashed while taking care of the recall, all is well. EVIC shows the trailer hooked up, and when the manual brake controller is squeezed, the gain shows on the light bar. I will only be using the light...- dodgerdodgegirl

Thanks for your answers - but now I have a new question. If the BC is Mopar factory OEM and a Ram dealer installed and flashed it, why shouldn't that work (other than the dealership service dept sucks) like a factory-installed BC?
