Splash Guards for 2022 Power Wagon?

I can only tell you about 35's, but the distance between tire and flap is pretty large, so I don't see any issues. Besides, the flaps are installed on the lower wheel well, if a tire rubs there you have other problems long before that.

Need help with wheels and tire fitment

Looks are obviously subjective. My main concern was that the wheel wells provide protection from road debris for a reason, and having tires sticking out will negate that. I'm not telling him or anyone what or what not to do, just pointing out potential issues that not everyone may have...

What to expect going from 1500 to HD?

Depends, really. I don't know how it is done in PA, but down here you only pay the 5% vehicle tax on the difference after trade-in. Meaning you would have to get 5% more on a private sale just to break even. And in my experience, modifications usually don't increase the sales value of a vehicle...

What to expect going from 1500 to HD?

I moved from a '19 1500 to a '22 PW, which has softer springs than the normal 2500s. Definitely a difference in ride quality, just saying. Don't regret it, though, it's a beast. And the mpg dropped from 19 to 14, but I guess you already knew that.

    Softer Tire Suggestion

I have the Nitto Recon Grappler in 35' and they're very well-mannered and quiet. Running about 47-48 psi on all wheels. But 30 psi may be rather low. On a normal car/SUV I usually run around 40, and I've never had any abnormal wear.

Need help with wheels and tire fitment

Please don't, tires sticking out past the fenders look so silly. Besides, you'll ruin your paint and have dirt streaks on the doors all the time. 35x12.5" tires fit on the stock rims without rubbing and without sticking out past the fenders.

    35’s Vs 37’s

Absolutely true. Since I don't offroad, I was even looking for road tires for the truck, but it was impossible to find 35's with anything "softer" than AT thread. I mean, the AT's great, but sometimes I wish for a less aggressive thread. Especially when hitting the highway again after driving on...

Buying a power wagon just because it’s bad @$$

I just switched from a 2019 1500 Laramie to the PW last October. To answer your question: yes, it rides rougher, that's just Physics. A 7000lbs vehicle will require stiffer springs and dampers than a 5000lbs one. But I got used to it pretty quickly. Same goes for gas mileage. The 1500 would...

Looking at a left over 22 power wagon

Lucky you. When I was thinking about getting one and wanted a test drive, there wasn't a single PW for hundreds of miles around. I finally drove one when on a business trip out-of-state, but locally there was not a single one.

Same here. I occasionally do get compliments on that "bad-ass" truck from strangers.

Looking at a left over 22 power wagon

Just to get you an idea, I ordered my 2022 and it incidentally also had a MSRP of $78k. I paid $69k for it. So for a "leftover 22" I'd strongly look toward $65k or so.

    Steering wheel clicking. 2019 2500

It's quite old but I just found it due to your reply. I have the same issue on my 2022 PW, clicking from the steering wheel like a plastic comb. Started around 4k miles on the truck. I'm due for a service sometime soon and will address the issue, but reading this thread don't have too high hopes...

Anyone Engaging 4WD and / or are frustrated with lack of LOCKER performance READ THIS!

IT guys have been struggling with that for decades. Where do you think "RTFM" comes from?

4th Gen 6.4 Hemi High Idle Funtion?

Why would you want to do that? With the rear diff locked, you shouldn't be turning on hard surfaces anyway, so why not just put it in 4WD high if the limited-slip diff isn't enough?

    Tire Pressure Sensors

I have the Kaodtech, too. In fact, I keep the two single cables plugged into the blocks, but keep the actual OBD plug disconnected and tucked behind the cabling. So it's "inactive" all the time, and when I do need to change something with AlfaOBD I just plug it into the ODB port and the...
