I have the same truck. 07 5.7 4x4 w/Volant CAI and flowmaster delta 50 cat back exhaust. I always just figured it was the way the PCM was programmed for the high initial idle. So Unclear-Throttle Body Cleaning
I remove the TB for cleaning every 20-30k on my 2007 3rd gen 1500. Slightly different setup than a 4th gen, but it's essentially the same electronically controlled TB. Shuddering and high frequency vibrations
Maybe driveshafts out of balance? IDK man. I had some high frequency shuddering in a 2004 Cummins that couldn't be pinpointed either. They also told me it was normal. Long story short, it had a hairline crack on top of the transfer case that got worse and worse until it finally grenaded on me...- Duffr
