XG10575 is the same diameter, but longer filter than the X10060. I use the Fram XG2 on my '15. It is listed for the Challengers that use the 5.7. Larger diameter filter. Some seem to not have room for it on their Rams, though.
When you are doing 80-85-90, and you have to do a quick evasive move, you will end up killing yourself or someone else, hopefully you realize this sooner rather than later.

Have you ruled out exhaust leak?
Sometims the exhaust manifold bolts break and you get an annoying tick.
