For 2500's with Rear Air Suspension it's really easy to lower the rear. Replacing the ride height Links with adjustable ones. Can be done in 10 minutes.

Check your sensor arms. Could have a link that popped off. Also the fuse, try a new one.

The max is around 3". I recommend 2.5". Alignment goes off similar to trucks using spacers that don't have Air Suspension. Lowering feature still works but you are pretty maxed out if you try to go to off road.
