    2017 v6 pentastar 1500 towing 5300lbs

290 to Giddings, then north to 77. I was actually heading to rockdale/Milano area. Probably had t/h on the entire trip there. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    2017 v6 pentastar 1500 towing 5300lbs

My 4th Gen towed a 2700 lb civic in a 2 wheel dolly from Houston to Austin and averaged about 17 or 18 mpg. It's a 3.6l quad cab 2wd laramie with 3.21 rear end. I can't imagine the 5th gen would do half that, given even terrain. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

    Pedal Commander

If it was available, I would have purchased the non Bluetooth model. I do not get the warm and fuzzies that a wireless device can easily connect and alter the throttle response. This thing is only there to correct the deficiencies, I don't think it's been touched in months, and likely will...

What can / cant be upgraded in trim levels?

That's what I'm thinking with the seats. But after my Mrs demanded I put running boards on it like the Laramie has, it'll be a while before I look at adding anything else. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

What can / cant be upgraded in trim levels?

I ended up with a 19 CC lonestsar 4x4 hemi over the weekend After reading everyone's replies, I think it was good advice to just buy the options I wanted. About the inky thing I'm missing is the memory seat positions, but since my wife has the 17 laramie now, I'll rarely need to move the...

    Power Inverter Location?

I think my 17 laramies inverter is under the front passenger seat. Will check here in a bit when I'm around it again. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk

What can / cant be upgraded in trim levels?

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and suggestions. We've decided to look at various bighorn/longhorn discounted stock units around town (Houston) with level 2 package. This gets me everything I really want. I'd hoped to hear that it would make enough sense to buy cheap and upgrade later. This...

What can / cant be upgraded in trim levels?

My wife wants my 17 qc laramie, and that leaves me looking for a new ride (horrible problem right?). What are the options that can/can't be upgraded on a lower trim to a higher one? On the 4th gen, I remember seeing certain parts dont have harnesses or wiring run and would be an epic chore...

What 55 mph does for gas mileage

When you did this experiment, did you use cruise control, or keeping the pedal position the same, and letting the speed slow up hill and speed up down? My single biggest gripe with my truck is that since I can't manually select the gear, or throttle lock electronically, cruise control likes to...

What 55 mph does for gas mileage

Recently I went on a 3000 mile road trip in my 17 3.6 3.21 QC. This is Houston - Livingston - Jackson MI - Asheville NC - Leesville VA - Charlotte NC - Pensacola - Houston Averaged over flats, long grades, and some mountains, often 70 - 80 mpg. Me, Mrs, pupper, and a bed full of luggage.

    Pedal Commander

It *shouldnt* affect the warranty, as it's only adjusting the sensor to the ecu within oem design. However, I still remove my PC before going to the dealer. If it's not there, there's no questions to ask. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk
