    Here Technologies lost my map update order and the history of the navigation update. I've spent 4 hours or so over the last week on the phone trying to get them reordered. Absolute beating of a company to work with and ****** customer service . Can @RamCares help me out here?

    They are on the way. But I did notice something strange, the map version format changed after the software updates. it went from the 2014Q2 format to a version format. Seems that might be an effect of the software update, not the map update. Thought you might be interested in that tidbit.

    Went ahead and did the update from 17.43.01 to 18.45.01. Easy. Much shorter time than the previous update.

After trying two different 4 GB drives that I had made sure were formatted to fat32, I ended up going and getting a new 16 GB drive as @Mpgrimm2 suggested originally and it worked.
