    Check the exhaust manifolds for broken bolts or even crack in manifold. A leak there will “tick”. A leak there will also suck air, causing the O2 sensor to sense lean and cause very rich condition on that side. Rich (or lean) can result in random misfires .

    Advice that can give is to do google search. Look for a diagram of the intake manifold for your model and year of engine in the Ram. Take that diagram, study the hoses, then go over to the truck to see whats what where.
