I have 45K on the studs now. The manifolds rarely warp to the point they won't seal. Simple way to remove the broken studs is to weld a nut on the broken stud and turn it out. The head is aluminum so the chances of building enough heat to mess it up before getting the nut attached are minimal (I...
Just FYI, the parking brake circuit is a simple off/on switch to ground...a toggle switch that can open the circuit (parking brake engaged) would keep autopark from functioning.
The vapor canister is on the side of the fuel tank on these trucks. You may want to take a look at the ESIM switch on a scanner to see if it is switching from open to closed as vacuum builds in the tank. The switch in the ESIM is know to get stuck.

Recall U05 will update the software in the PCM, TCM, RFH, and IPC to add this feature. If you have the last 8 digits of your VIN I can check to see if your truck is part of the recall.
Drop the pan, put an OEM solenoid pack on, and recheck your filters. The converter filter has plastic threads and can easily be messed up. The sump filter seal must be replaced and installed properly or the pump will suck air. hope this helps.

I find that the EGR cooler being plugged is usually the problem, however, any plugged portion of the EGR system, or a leak in the CAC will cause this code. Make sure that when your dealer is doing the EGR system clean that they are doing the WHOLE job including the bypass valve and the intake...
