I used to use a socket like this https://www.tooltopia.com/CTA-Tools-CTA2380 when I was changing Hemi plugs. Unlike the extensions there’s no wobble and you just drop the socket right into the head and it comes about flush or just above the valve cover. Not to be the proverbial stick in the mud but I would have some concerns should someone be sitting there in a collision. Blown engine, help please
Here is my 2 cents. As a CTD owner I think it’s difficult for them to physically prove an engine has been tuned from internals. They’ll gather evidence of the failure but they’ll need the computer to tell them what caused it I.e. over boosted, fuel pressures too high, contaminated fuel etc...- FlaglerMegacab4x4

I liked the eco diesel but what turned me off was they didn’t go with a Cummins unit. I have a 2500 CTD 4th gen and love it. Power steerimg fluid. UGHHH
I did the same thing and yea that's all I did lifted the truck and removed the lines and just kept pushing the wheels to push all the fluid out. I can't say how much cause I have gear box steering not R&P- FlaglerMegacab4x4

Which tune?
Hey all I'm about to make a 900 mile trip from Louisiana to Florida in my Megacab, I have the DSP and currently run 89 octane on the 89 tune what tune should I run for the trip home? Is it worth the extra 15 cents to run 93 tune? Well that put too much strain on the engine? Thanks!- FlaglerMegacab4x4
