Meh, Ive seen more 3.6L 's fail but it likely depends where you live or what you see most of the time I suppose. Roller bearings in the rocker fail and it drops down and chews the cam worse than jaws did that boat or the HLA collapses- Friednice

May have seen this issue before (sarcasm). To say only once or twice would be an understatement! this photo was from one week of having a few of the 3.6L's fail. I would of replaced the hydraulic lash adjusters too while your there, cheap and those fail/collapse all the time too. Keep in mind...- Friednice

Aftermarket steering wheel
1500ish Canadian if I remember correctly, I had a friend of a friend help me out and got a dealio. My oem all leather factory installed one was pealing/pitting at the top a year or 2 after I bought it and asked Chrysler if it was warranty. Sent in pics and they said NO SOUP FOR YOU! Cheers -
Aftermarket steering wheel
I upgraded my oem leather wrapped stock steering wheel to the Laramie Longhorn fancy leather and wood one, black wood too, looks awesome. Also noticed that the heat from the heated steering wheel is 5x hotter with the new fancy wheel. Can confirm its a straight swap over -
Skid plates questions (Canada)
Theres 3 options for the 4th gens, will likely fit the classic 2019 model as well if its the same body style. Transfer case, front diff and electronic steering and thats it for oem. as far as aftermarket goes im still looking as well, that plastic transmission pan is pretty exposed. may just end... -

yes sir! 36mm not the best source for information but on amazon the otc tool (OTC 6602) does state: Use to adjust differential bearing free play on Chrysler/Dodge vehicles with 7-1/4, 8-1/4, 8-3/4, and 9-1/4 rear axles way to connect the dots! Cheers- Friednice

Thanks for the feed back! agreed! the 4 bolts to remove the sway bar and tie it up makes life easier for the job. I was curious about the yukon carrier, and which one was better, I went with the oem only because you can get the just clutches for them if/when they wear out. tool is a must...- Friednice

Front fender liner retaining pins
shows 2 types of push pins for the fender liner, hard to tell from photo, the first one does come in a pack of 3 06506293AA PUSH PIN, M6.3X23.4 06510139AA PUSH PIN, M7.0X17.0 hope that helps -

Hid vs Led
couldn't agree more, also I would also use splotchyness as far as the pattern goes. not noticeable when driving. Still curious about how hids would compare, obviously brighter but worth it? put the leds in and hypothetically good for life of the tuck more or less. -

headlight revolution made it easy. had the ram projector headlight "kit" recommended the can bus adaptor and covers for that style not to mention a video for how to install. to be clear I went the LED route Cheers
