    Battery gauge went nuts....

    Got in my truck today to go to town in a snowstorm and on the way home I noticed that my battery gauge indicator needle was pegged to the high side continuously. Anyone know why this might be? 08 ram quad cab, 5,7 Hemi, 4x4 Big Horn. 143,000 mi. Just passed State inspection in Vermont two days...

    Update: Fast forward 3 1/2 years....lol....The Ram got sold off in pieces and I kept the 440 and tranny. The 440 has been prepped by RPM Racing Engines and is almost fully assembled now. The Tranny has been rebuilt for street/strip. The Yankee Express 1967 Coronet 500 in which they will go soon...

    What Did You Do To Your RAM Today?

    Pulled all of the trim in the cab and off of the outside of the truck. removed all clips. Took off the grill shell and headlight doors. Removed the tailgate center panel and the dodge emblem from the hood. Next up is the seat out and the carpet, both bumpers. That gets me ready to do metalwork...

    Pulled off the bed rail cover rails and the cover. Pulled the mat out of the bed and hosed it and the bed down for inspection. Cleaned the garbage out of the cab. Took off the vertical pieces of the running boards and will cut the rest off today. Tried to trace the airlines of the rear coil...
