Tires for 22" wheel with level kit.

I need to replace Lower Control arm/ ball joint. Any tips tricks?
I need to replace the lower control arm and balljoint on my 2009 1500 4 x 4. Has anyone done this themselves? Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Thanks Gil- gil7247
