Ram 2500 clicking in 4x4
Thanks, I figured it was a u-joint gone dry. I'll have to jack it up and move some things around. Pwjouster I'm in northern New Hampshire. Plenty of snow still up here. Lol 4Hi is needed on a weekly basis in the winter up here, I never use it on dry pavement/dirt. -

Sound doesnt really change when turning. Just a dull quiet clicking sound when on the gas in 4hi. All my past trucks where half tons or smaller with half-shaft front ends that I'm very familiar with but this truck with a solid front end is a different animal to me. I don't have a go pro so I... -

Ram 2500 clicking in 4x4
My 13' ram 2500 is making a slight clicking noise when in 4Hi while under load. Stops when coasting. Truck has 40k miles on it. Whats the most likely cause? U joint on the front drive shaft? Thanks
