    Extended warranty blues

My 2018 is doing this as well. I bought mine used, and also an aftermarket extended warranty. I carried mine in just this morning, and not surprisingly was told the truck is out of warranty. I understand that this problem is fairly common. I'll be going back Friday to let them diagnose the...

    S Pod switch mounting

Thanks for the ideas, I think the only solution is on top of the fuse box. I'm not a fan, but there's surprisingly not a lot of room under the hood. I'll mount the switch on a flat piece and then velcro it to the top of the fuse box. That way I can remove it prior to opening it up, and can get...

    S Pod switch mounting

I have an 8 circuit S Pod, and really running out of ideas to mount this thing under the hood. Who has mounted theirs under the hood, and how and where did you mount it? My PW is a 2018, and there's not a lot of room for mounting anything under there.

    PW Locker Problem Data Compilation

Bought the truck used in November. I've tried to lock just the rear, and both front and rear, about 4 times on a sandy gravel road for about a mile each time. Not much room to do figure 8's. Axels failed to lock each time. Hasn't been to the dealer yet.

    Slow lockers...

Thanks all, yes, I was in 4 low, driving less than 10 mph, on a sandy, gravel road. I was steering side to side, a very loose S motion. There's about 18,000 miles on it.

    Slow lockers...

So I tried activating the lockers Sunday. After about 3 minutes, the lights hadn't stopped blinking. So a trip to the dealer is in order. If I buy the bypass kit or cut the wires and hot wiring the lockers, how would I know they're locked? How does the truck know that the lockers actually...

    Switching to Synthetic...

I might look into that in the future, might just stumble on to a bit stock like that I can play with and get to work.

    Switching to Synthetic...

Yeah, I'm sure I'm overthinking it. The rollers aren't in bad shape, I could probably file and polish them out. Worse comes to worse, they could be replaced for around $60.

    Switching to Synthetic...

The vertical rollers are tucked back a ways, so it might be easy to rub on the roller mount. Granted, it would have to be a pretty off angle pull. I’ve got the part numbers for new oem rollers. I could prob roll the dice and be ok with the new rollers.

    Switching to Synthetic...

Are there any commercially available spacers to mount the Hawse fairlead to the roller mount in the 2018? I'd like to change to synthetic winch rope. I don't have access to bandsaws, drill presses, and other machine tools!

Power Wagons ... Post em up!

Spectacular! I've got an '18, in white, also. I'm debating on the cab height or hi-rise myself. What is is that you don't like about the hi-rise? I was looking at getting the windoors on whatever shell I went with.
