    if its off centered it must have always been and if so its not by much maybe millimeters. I will measure it tomorrow just for curiosity.

    New to me 17 1500 with issues.

    Hello welcome to the forum. I had similar issues awhile back . The steel belts in my tires were separating and they where fairly new tires I THOUGHT I had all 4 replaced and the problem went away. Good luck.
