Hard to say what it is, but best thing to do is floor jack the front end up and check for loose parts first. Could be a loose wheel, bad shocks, a tie rod bad or loose etc.. Shake that front end down good first
If you have torsion bars as part of your suspension, ya dont need the KEY lift in order to raise the vehicle 2". I did mine by tightening the torsion arm adjustment bolt. I just leveled mine yesterday.
All I did was raise the torsion bars about 2" to match the front, new tires and alignment will be next, already have new ball joints and shocks on it ;) Possibly going to gloss black my wheels out, maybe..
Just a thought..email Diablo back and explain to them. You can email them your tune and see what went wrong or if it just the fact you expected better gains and didn't get much more
