Yes, the mount to the factory openings and the pinch welds. My 2015 doesn’t have the nutserts so the running boards came with mounting brackets that “bridge” the factory mounting holes.
I put these Tyger running boards on my truck about 2 years ago. They have survived Ohio winters well. They mount to the frame not just pinch welds. They are pretty sturdy, I’m 5’10 about 240.
I second what lpennock said, check the third brake light. Twice I had the brake light out message and both times it turned out to be the third brake light.
Does yours have the 8.4 screen? I go to truck info and cycle till I get to the oil life screen. Then I think it’s press and hold the steering wheel control right arrow.
That’s about where my gauge stays at. Mine range like That_Cat_Guy said, can look at the temp readings. It should be in the truck information option, that displays the number readings.
Sorry, my kit came with both sets of hardware. These look like they may help 68193128AB. On amazon they say they add threaded inserts to unthreaded holes.
