I have an '05 1500 3.7 , 35 gallon tank. Have code P0463. Does anyone know if the fuel level sensor is available separately. Can't seem to even find a part number. Appreciate any help.

Did you get it fixed? I had the same problem. Turned out to be burnt contacts on ignition switch on left side of steering column. Tilt wheel action would cause it stop or start working.

I was just reading a thread on 3rd gen Technical Service Bulletins and one mentioned this very issue. It said to replace the multi function switch.

Had to replace recirc door on my 2005 1500. The actuator is in place , but the door is half way between recirc and outside air. Does it calibrate itself when power is connected ? Appreciate any help.

I had the same problem . Turned out to be the ignition switch . Apparently a bad design. The contacts get burnt over time. I replaced the switch , which cured the problem , but the wiring harness plug was burnt also so the problem is back. Not getting a tight connection. So I will put a relay...
Recently I installed new aftermarket headlights. With headlights off the turn signals operate properly. The flashers work correctly also. But, with headlights on the turn signals flash fast and the bulb out message flashes on the dash. Four ways work normally tho.

I know this is an old thread. The rivets hold the forged end piece to the control arm. You just grind what looks like a weld bead , and press the ball joint out.
