Thanks, went to the dealer to activate and they said the issue was a ground. After rechecking and making sure all connections were good, eventually determined that the issue was with the plug to the radio. Without spending all day reading the whole thread, can someone help me. I did the install and screwed up with the radio connections and got the Uconnect lockout screen, took to dealer to activate and had radio replaced under extended warranty.
