Lift/level with half of bds kit...maybe?
The 4" BDS doesn't come with a preload spacer, just top hat spacer, spindles, diff drops, etc. It's a 4/3 lift so you're saying it would probably just be smarter to get the inch out of the 6112's to make it a 5/3 correct? Or did you mean do the 6" without the spacer and then get the 3" coil...- jellyballz

Asked this somewhere else, but received no answers so maybe some of you here could chime in. 2020 Ram 1500 CC 4x4 w/o air with 35's Here's the dilemma: Truck came with almost 2.25"-2.50" of rake. Most 6" lifts are 6/5 lifts so I'd still have 1.5" of rake after. Same with the 4" BDS kit it's a...- jellyballz

5100s with 4” BDS
thanks for the replies, I have since talk to both Bilstein and bds and confirmed the above. After getting the extended and compressed lengths I will be setting the fronts to I think 1.4 to level the truck and am having 5160s made to the length stated for the fox 2.0s. Zone 4" lift with bilsteins?
You can order custom length shocks from Bilstein. You just need to give them the compressed/extended lengths you want. I'm doing 4in BDS (pretty much zone I think?) with standard 5100s up front and custom length 5165s in rear. Same price as regular 5160s.- jellyballz

5100s with 4” BDS
Not much luck on other forums so I’ll try here. looking at the 4” BDS kit with 3” rear coils. I already have a complete front and back set of bilstein 5100s. My plan is to set them at 1.4” up front so the truck sits level. With the rear being raised 3”, will I still be able to use the...- jellyballz
