Came out of my 2017 Ram. Works great, I upgraded to a radio with Android Auto. I don't believe I have the unlock code unless it's hidden somewhere in a manual I don't know about. Shipping to lower 48 for $400.
I've noticed a lot of folks in this section of the forum who have put an air lift in. I'm just curious if it has any benefits if your trailer already pulls nicely? I know that with my setup I tend to keep the bed of my truck empty because it sits just right without anything and a properly loaded...
You shouldn't have any problem with this. Doe you have an OEM brake controller or do you need to add one? I've been okay with the OEM one, but if you get a cheap one you may find out too late that they don't do a great job of keeping the trailer from pushing you around.
Once when traveling for work I picked up a 1500 without runner boards as my rental. I damn near fell on my face every time I went to get out of that truck. Getting older now, don't know that I want to see what happens if I take the runners off :D
Maybe I'm a chump, but it was a women and her 3 kids. They didn't have insurance and judging by their car they weren't doing to well financially. I didn't really see a reason to put a big ticket and burden on them if I wasn't going to realistically save anything getting my truck fixed.
Is there an advantage to having a dash mat or is it just a fashion/preference thing? I remember when I first got my Cube that had the **** rug on the dash literally the first question everyone asked was "what's it for?"
