    More etorque

    I've noticed that drag going downhill too. It helps maintain the speed setting but sometimes drops it a mile or two below. Overall, cruise control gets better mileage than my manual driving. I think I keep a little more pressure on the gas just to maintain the speed.

    Rear backup senors lock up brakes

    Sounds like the backup sensor is detecting something. First time it happened to me was backing out of a parking space with bushes behind. Locked up with a horrible noise and scared the crap out of me. Thought I'd hit something for sure.

    I've noticed that too. It seems to happen after I've backed up then shifted into park or when a trailer is attached. And sometimes just seems random.

    Sorry for your problems. I've had nothing bu good from my 2020 Limited, and the 2019 was great too until I totaled it. Would a lemon law apply in your case?

    Old guy needs buying advice

    Regarding your wife's fake hips, being able to lower the cab for entry is a plus, but we found that the power steps drop down significantly and make entry a lot easier. My wife is short and has RA so that is really a plus for us. I think it's her favorite feature on the truck.

    Tow/Haul should automatically block 8th gear. I have 3.92 and a heavier trailer but the truck handles it well without mods.

    I googled "2020 ram 1500 service manual" and saw a bunch. Most are PDF downloads which are a little difficult,. I had a 4,500 page PDF for my 2005 which was a ***** to use, but had all the information. Edit: Wow, it doesn't like *****!

    Is Upgrading To Factory Navigation Worth It?

    I like the RAM nav, when it is correct. But we use google maps almost exclusively. Ram gave 3 choices for KOA Traverse City yesterday, all with the same address. Picked one and it said "You have arrived" 5 miles too soon. Generally not worth the hassle. Plus the outdated maps.

    Hope it's still within the 36,000 mile warranty. None of it sounds good. I use auto-dim, so I'm not familiar with it off. Good luck!
