    I’m guessing the dealer gets reimbursed from FCA for warranty work. I’ve never seen a dealership that would pass over making a buck. Issue is I’m sure the OP has told them he always used the Mobil1 oil. Can’t go backwards from there or that would be fraud against FCA.
