I have 4” drop in rear and installed the ones used on Durango and work well. Not heavy duty but work well with 1000+ lbs when I haul my motorcycle.

Probably 295/65r20 these are 35” - you can possibly get 37” to work but need to reroute Harness driver’s side from wheel well. I have 35” with a 2” drop but have some rubbing front left
that I’m addressing

I have 18 4x4 dropped 4” in rear. I haul my motorcycle in bed. I put Durango airlift absolutely necessary. Al they recommend keep 5psi in and max 35psi. I leave them at 15PSI even at 5psi noticeable improvement in ride

Had Belltech 2”/4” struts broke kept the springs and put back original struts no issues.
I stuffed 295/65r20 (35”)and had to change ball joints to Moog to get alignment right. Corrected rub on drivers side by rerouting harness and bend over metal seam also heat liner. Barely rubs. Bump stops...
Belltech 2/4 drop - I stuffed 295/65r20 had to reroute harness in left wheel week and bend lip of steel behind plastic liner. When it was stick clearly a mor comfortable ride but this is now form and not so bad
