    Thank you for explaining that! So - does this mean the trailer doesn't have electric brakes? The specs say that it has "brakes". I wonder if that's just referring to the emergency brake with the cable?

    Thank you for your reply. The trailer does have electric brakes and what I think/thought is a 7 pin connection. I took a picture of it and attached it. This has 4 pins + 1 in the middle and 2 empty slots. Is this considered a 7 pin connection or a 4 pin?

    I had 3 new radio's in my 2013 Longhorn then Chrysler agreed to buy it back and give me a new truck. The radio in the new truck was broken too. Everything was fixed when the 13.38.52 upgrade came out. I know there's a newer one but it messed with my phone volume so I downgraded back to 13.38.52.
