I went to dealership and thought this too. They had a 3rd sitting on the shelf. We opened one up and no screws included. -

After a little more looking i dont think the ones posted are the correct ones. I did find that 4.8mmx1.59 and its the same as the tail light lens. However the screw head is different. Tail light lens is much larger than the 3rd. I found some on McMasterCarr. Bought a couple different sizes... -

Hey Guys Needing some help finding the fasteners/screws for the 3rb brake light. I have a 2016 Ram 1500. I changed out the out 3rd brake light and dropped one for the fasteners. Ive call the dealer and looked online Mopar parts. They dont sell them separately or with the 3rd brake light...
