After tracing a lot of wires it turns out my ground to 86 on relay was bad. I wonder if it was caused by them not tighting the battery cable? Least path of resistance? All back up and running now!- keyman6868

New to me 2014 Ram 1500. Radio did not work and dealer gave me a good deal on truck. The money I saved I had stereo shop who is well known in my area install an Alpine 7 inch monitor.
