    Where I live in Pa my commute is hilly, not steep but rolling hills, I use tow/haul every trip and my gas mileage is actually better than with out it.     So far bryce88 seems to have the most affordable setup, I just wish when you look up a set of lights on Amazon or wherever you could get a definite answer to fitment, not “lights may need resistors” or maybe not, really confusing for what seems like it should be a simple job.
