Determining Towing Capacity from Online listings
I would by a truck with leaf springs. Rams suck at towing as the independent suspension needs a bigger sway bar and sumosprings at a minimum.. That stiffens the rear up but its still fishy.. Look at chevy or ford with leafs.. It will be planted better. My first and last dodge.- lAWROSA

Poor mpg for 2022 1500
21-22 highway @ 72 mph cruise control. 18-17 highway. Myrtle beach running 87 octane. 10 mpg towing 5th gear all day 4500 lb camper 70 mph- lAWROSA

Hard to find 0W-40 oil
If I had that truck id be running 10W 40. Its a better oil and I live in SC so temps never drop below 20F. The farther away the viscosity #'s the more additives they add to the oil. Keep it close if ya can... just my opinion. My current ram gets 10w30. That 5w 20 just too thin for the south...- lAWROSA

Redline/RP Filter Before and After
0w-40 oil # is too far away and has more additives. That oil turns to a 20 w in no time. keep it closer like a 5w30. And IMO you guys getting the higher oil pressures are just causing more restrictions in the engine. Probably causing more damage. Just the facts on high oil pressures around the...- lAWROSA

5w30 Liqui Moly and Warranty
I bring 7 quarts of PUP 5w 30 and a Wixs filter to my dealer. They change the oil for me with what I supply. 20w oil is too thin for the southern heat. The closer the # togther the less additives an oil has and viscosity stays longer. A 0w-40 will break down to a 20w in no time. Since winters...- lAWROSA

Sry Ram suspension sucks for towing
Op here Mind you my trailer is light 3800 lbs on this one. And this model has very light tw . 300 lbs empty. But I towed this to Florida 8 hours in my Chevy no issues. The wd I have on is rated 600 lbs one I believe. Same I used for Chevy. I have it on a link that does not have a lot of...- lAWROSA

Yes tested today. Hooked up 7 pin and had son look at brake lights. They go on when slider is applied. I through some electrical lube in 7 pin. I will test again when I move trailer to back yard.. I guess ill read manual but I briefed through in and didnt see nothing that says cruise does not...- lAWROSA

So I installed factory brake controller. Cruising on highway I hit trailer brake manual slider. Cruise never went off. Had dealer flash after I installed. What you all think?- lAWROSA

Sry Ram suspension sucks for towing
Leaf springs rule. My silverado towed my 30 ft and 24 ft camper just fine. Like true and straight like on railroad tracks. No tail end wobble at all. Towing this little camper if frightning. The ass end on this 2020 ram is all over the place. Left, right, up, down, pull , tug, push. So...- lAWROSA

Trailer Brake Module
Yes I took mine to ram and they charge me $80 bucks to flash it. I had a OBD port flasher but to use that you need to bypass the security module and on my truck I could not find it. So ram to flash it was easier for me,- lAWROSA

2020 Classic Radio Aftermarket
I don’t get it. What’s wrong with the factory radio? Better speakers and sub is all it needs. Put in an upgraded ram radios and add volume controls on back of steering wheel like mine and any other features. All plug and play as harness is all there. See here...- lAWROSA
