    I'm curious about the body mounts do you know if those have the same location? I seen a 2015 EcoDiesel real cheap was thinking about swapping everything to my hemi frame. I have rust problems on my 2009.

    Advice on a few torque specs.

    My 2009 manual shows only 12nm for the pan bolts and 25 ft lbs for the drain plug bolt. Idler calls for 40 ft lbs in my manual for 2009 hemi.

    2016 Radiator needs replacement

    A Spectra rad from Rockauto is only $100. I've never had a problem with them used 3 times for trucks. Install should take under an hour. water pump fan, then shroud then AC line bolt then ac fan just unclips and 2 bolts up top of rad and 2 hoses.

    Main cap bolt 06513099AA. Main oil pickup stud 06513100AA. The side cap bolts are part number 06507697AA. Connecting rod part # 06506335AA. MoparFactoryparts.com has 65 main bolts instock $1.95 each.

    The book calls for 90ft lb why do less? It's the only thing keeping the phaser in time the pin doesn't hold it at all. That dealership guys an idiot, and is just getting lucky that his impact is probably torquing it closer to 100 + ftlb!

    Is that short term knock or long term? After the PCM see's ST spark knock it will start to permanently pull timing. My truck tuned monotoring with Diablo tuner only ever see's 2.0 St sometimes when climbing a hill at like 2600 rpm with a greene 87 tune running 87 the rest of the time it stays at 0.

    Next time its taking a long time to start recycle the key, it could be the fuel pump losing prime.

    I would think this has to be either spark knock to much timing and knock sensor sensitivity turned down or running lean.

    jws123 is the guy who bought 100 pins to fix his sheared cam pin here's his thread https://www.ramforum.com/threads/2009-ram-1500-5-7-cam-pin-sheared-off.184004/page-2 .     I have 370,000 on my 2009. I have 0 transfer case and rear end problems and engine is custom tuned and runs strong still. I have replaced 1 trans but I beat on my truck daily!
