Hey there.. so I think I've FINALLY found the problem causing a low/ rough idle in my 03 5.7 Ram 1500 4x4. after sitting for a while it would idle rough/ chug & throw a cyl 5 & multiple random misfire code. otherwise runs great.. If I put a trickle/ float charger on the battery, it idles...- ljonSFCA

ABS Module replacement
did you ever figure this out? I'm in the same boat.. -
Brake pedal goes to floor...
same issue here.. also started after using a cheap trailer brake controller. but I'm also getting strange hissing sound in the cab near the pedals.. maybe unrelated. did you ever solve the ABS light??- ljonSFCA

TIPM problems/ac
tried adjusting steering wheel position? or even better pop open cover under the steering wheel, and wiggle the ignition switch on the dirver's left of the column.. opposite the key. if AC starts working the switch is bad, fried pin common problem..- ljonSFCA

FRONT END - POP noise??
SOLVED: well after replacing lower ball joints, inner & outer tie rod ends, Sway bar -end links, control arm bushings.. it still had a pop!! ended up being four bolts on the cross member between the front lower control arms, they were tight, but not tight enough. had to torq way down. pop is... -
