    It should be the 66RFE which has the same trans pan bolt pattern as the others listed according to mag-hytecs site.. It should fit as long as the exhaust doesn't cross over the pan or the crossmember doesn't interfere.

    Yes it's still for sale. I believe it will work, this is from Moe's Performance website, This tq converter will work on all Ram trucks from 2003-2014 with the 45RFE, 545RFE, 65RFE, or 66RFE transmissions.

    The 45/55/66/68rfe trans have the same bolt pattern so the pan will work on all of them.

    I don't think skid plates would be a problem, but if the exhaust pipe crosses under the trans pan it would have to be rerouted.
