Having competed in USCA and other events in a truck, I can tell you it's going to be an up hill battle. You're fighting physics. Your focus needs to start with brakes and suspension. Add some really good bucket seats too. Best of luck- MattFrmSac

Tires?
Fallen Wildpeak AT3 It's the highest performing all-terrain on the market currently and has a 3PMS rating for winter traction. It's not super good off-road (has issues in mud) but on-road, it can't be beat.- MattFrmSac

My tire question is different.....I promise.
If I may; I work with this type of thing every day and have a lot of customers with your same driving habits. You don't need to worry about moving to a heavier casing (Load Range E) or even a tire with an XL designation. It'll be fine with a normal P-metric tire like what came from the factory...- MattFrmSac

I want 37's, what are the consequences?
I drive a ton of customer trucks with both 35s and 37s. You will definitely feel a difference in power delivery, but with the Cummins you have enough torque that it's not a deal breaker. 99% of the trucks I drove are unburdened, so I have no idea if you'll feel much difference while towing...- MattFrmSac
